Road construction and resurfacing projects continue in Carroll as city officials announce the next section of work is expected to begin this (Thursday) afternoon. Grant Road will be closed from East 3rd Street to the Union-Pacific Railroad crossing for the construction of storm sewers and inlets as crews prepare to apply the new road surface. This one block section of Grant road is anticipated to be closed for two weeks. Questions about the City of Carroll’s ongoing road projects can be directed to City Hall at 712-792-1000.
