MRHC Welcomes Back A Familiar Face To The Family Practice Clinic Medical Staff

A familiar face to the patients and staff of Manning Regional Healthcare Center (MRHC) has returned to the medical team. Certified Physician Assistant, Anissa Irlmeier, has rejoined the staff at the Family Practice Clinic. “We are excited to have Anissa back on our team of trusted experts,” says CEO Linn Block. “Not only is she highly skilled and experienced, but she is also from this area and understands the needs of our patients.” Irlmeier, a rural Templeton resident, has more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, starting as an RN and then working to become a Physician Assistant, caring for patients in Manning, Carroll and Audubon. She also continues to serve as a school nurse for the IKM-Manning Community School District and supports the Family Planning Clinic at New Opportunities in Carroll. Irlmeier says she is excited to be back at MRHC, working alongside their great staff and providing care to her friends, neighbors and acquaintances. “I appreciate the flexibility to be able to see my kids grow up and play sports while continuing to serve the medical field in various capacities,” she adds. Irlmeier’s primary role will be to provide relief to the other MRHC providers, but she will focus on routine care visits with patients of all ages. Irlmeier received her medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. She and her husband of 30 years, Bruce, have five children and one granddaughter.
