The Carroll Police Department reports a Scranton man was taken into custody Friday morning after allegedly peering through the window of a Carroll home. At approximately 9:04 a.m., the reporting party witnessed a man looking at her through her living room window in the 200 block of North Main Street. Authorities say the suspect, later identified as 20-year-old Isaac David Khan, left the property after realizing he had been spotted. Law enforcement was able to get a description of Khan from the woman and located him about 10 minutes later in the 300 block of East 1st Street. When he was told he was being detained for questioning about the incident, Khan took off on foot. He was arrested following a short pursuit and transported to the Carroll County jail. He is charged with intentional trespass, a serious misdemeanor, and interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor. Khan remains in custody on a $1,000 surety bond with his first court appearance scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 13.
