Carroll County has seen the largest increase in confirmed COVID-19 cases for the region for the week. As of Wednesday afternoon, Carroll County added 13 new cases since Monday morning with 145 total positive tests since reporting began. Of those confirmed cases, 117 are classified as recovered with one coronavirus-related death. Guthrie County saw the next largest increase over the same period with seven new cases. They now stand at 110 with 66 recovered and five deaths. Crawford County actually recorded a two-case drop in their total after investigations found two patients did not live within the county. They stand at 688 with 651 patients recovered and three deaths. Sac is reporting 75 with 60 recovered; Calhoun 71 with 59 recovered and two deaths; Greene 37 with 29 recovered; and Audubon with 22, 15 recovered and one death. As of July 22, statewide numbers stand at 39,793 positives, 28,607 recovered and 808 deaths.
