A Carroll woman was arrested following a “slow chase” on Wednesday night. A Carroll Police officer attempted to perform a traffic stop on a 2009 Pontiac G6 at Main and Bass Streets at approximately 11:54 p.m. The driver, 20-year-old Kylie Nicole Armstrong, did not stop, but instead led the officer to the 700 block of Granada Road. Armstrong was taken into custody there and charged with eluding and child endangerment. Suspected narcotics were also located in the vehicle and additional charges are pending laboratory test results.
