Although their doors are still closed to the general public, New Opportunities is still working hard to support all of Carroll County. In order to continue to provide the best service possible, they are asking for help from residents in identifying and in fulfilling public needs. A survey is available through the link included below. They encourage everyone to complete this to help them prioritize community needs. Other ways residents can help is by letting people know about New Opportunities’ programs through the Family Development Center, food pantry, energy assistance program, substance abuse treatment consultations and evaluations, health services and Head Start. Businesses and individuals can also make food or cash donations at the Carroll Office, located at 23751 Hwy 30 East, Carroll, IA 51401.
