Mass of Christian Burial for Jim Derner, age 82, of Sac City, Iowa, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Sac City, Iowa. Burial will be 2:00pm at the St. Francis Cemetery, Maple River Iowa. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 Friday with a 5:00 Knight of Columbus Rosary and a 7:00 pm Vigil Service at Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Sac City, Iowa. In Lieu of Flowers, memorials are suggested to be made to the Knights of Columbus Rosary. Jim is Survived by his wife Mariella “Lollie” Derner of Sac City, IA.
