The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is encouraging all confinement site owners to check their emails for details on how to electronically file their annual Manure Management Plan (MMP). The eMMP is easy to use and streamlines the annual update submittal and payment process. What previously took hours to complete and deliver, will now take only minutes. More than 70 percent of producers are currently utilizing the eMMP system.
