Staff members with the Kamala Harris “For the People” campaign will be holding community conversations in rural areas this week. Campaign Chair, Deidre DeJear, and Senior Advisor, Zack Davis, will discuss the details about Harris’ newly revealed rural agenda starting in Carroll tonight (Monday). The public is invited to Jalisco Mexican Restaurant at 6:30 p.m. to hear the plan to invest more than $100 billion to create jobs and reverse Trump’s trade war, increase access to critical infrastructure like broadband, enforce antitrust laws that protect small family farms, strengthen rural hospitals, eliminate child care deserts and expand support for education, schools and children.
