Instruction will focus on warm season grassy weeds, ant control for golf courses and ornamental planting beds, growth regulators on athletic fields and more. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Extension office in the 1200 block of U.S. Highway 30, and the course runs from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The class costs $45 to attend, but fees drop to $35 if you RSVP on or before Nov. 6.
