Earlier on Wednesday, Carroll City Manager, Mike Pogge-Weaver, discussed the next steps in the process for the Carroll County jail project after an ordinance impacting parking on Main Street failed at Monday’s city council meeting. In that story, Pogge-Weaver said there were conditions placed on the building permit, requiring the county to make design changes due to the failed ordinance. The permit on file with Planning and Zoning, however, did not contain that condition. Click HERE for a link to that story.
Pogge-Weaver was contacted again as follow-up and responds to questions from Chantelle Grove, news director at Carroll Broadcasting, about those stipulations on the building permit for the Carroll County jail project.
