Two people reported minor injuries in an accident Monday morning at the intersection of Grant Road and 7th Street in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 8 a.m. The initial investigation revealed that 63-year-old Denise Berkes of Carroll was northbound on Grant Road in a 2003 Toyota Camry. Forty-year-old Robert Mancini, also of Carroll, pulled onto Grant Road in a 2012 Dodge Avenger and struck the driver’s side of the Berkes vehicle. Both cars suffered disabling damage and Mancini was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
