Three people were arrested in Carroll over the weekend for a fight that occurred early Saturday morning. According to a criminal complaint from the Carroll Police Department, an officer was dispatched to Ossy’s Show Club in the 1200 block of Plaza Drive at approximately 1:28 a.m. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with a manager, who reported 22-year-old Manahil Mahmoud Ibrahim of Des Moines was the primary aggressor of an altercation involving several dancers. Authorities say Ibrahim also admitted to instigating a secondary fight once things had calmed down after the initial exchange. Two other individuals, 28-year-old Shakia D. Marshall of Omaha and 21-year-old Reneka Rae Phillip of Des Moines were also taken into custody for their involvement in the incident. The three women were transported to the Carroll County jail and charged with disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor.
