A Glidden woman lost control and rolled her vehicle on a gravel road south of Carroll Sunday. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene on 250th Street, about a quarter of a mile west of Mahogany Avenue, at approximately 11:18 a.m. Eighteen-year-old Abigail Taylor Schlichte was driving a 2008 Pontiac G6 eastbound when she says she lost control, entered the south ditch and rolled the car into a bean field. Schilchte was transported by a family member to St. Anthony Regional Hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries. There was an estimated $4,000 in damage to the Pontiac.
