An investigation into a Carroll man’s activities on Tuesday evening is ongoing. However, he was arrested and charged for recording a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of more than two and a quarter times the legal limit. A Carroll Police Department officer responded to a report of a subject entering vehicles in the 600 block of West 2nd Street at approximately 6 p.m. Upon arrival, they arrested 38-year-old Joshua Stout on a charge of public intoxication after he registered a .185 BAC. Additional charges are pending the completion of that investigation.
