A Carroll man’s vehicle was disabled and towed from the scene after striking a parked trailer. The Carroll Police Department responded at approximately 8:13 a.m. Tuesday to the 1200 block of Grant Road. Their initial investigation revealed a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and attached trailer were legally parked on the side of Grant Road. A 2016 GMC Canyon, driven by 85-year-old Harold Reiman, was southbound on grant when he struck the trailer, causing damage to both the truck and trailer. No injuries were reported, and Reiman was cited for failure to maintain control.
