A Fort Dodge man was arrested after found urinating on a vehicle in the Wild Rose Casino parking lot in Jefferson. The Jefferson Police Department reports the event was witnessed by an officer on routine patrol at about 2:21 a.m. Saturday morning. Forty-six-year-old James Merrell Mosley appeared intoxicated and the officer learned he had driven to the resort on a barred driver’s license. During his arrest, the officer located a plastic baggie containing one pill, believed to be ecstasy. Mosley was charged with first-offense possession of a controlled substance, a serious misdemeanor, and driving while license barred, an aggravated misdemeanor.
