A Carroll woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing money from her employer on Feb. 4. The Carroll Police Department took 40-year-old Janette Vesterfelt into custody Wednesday at approximately 8:56 p.m. in the 100 block of East 11th Street. She has been charged with fifth-degree theft.
