A wanted person was located at a residence that was the source of a noise complaint Monday night. The Carroll Police Department reports they received the complaint at approximately 9:10 p.m. and responded to the 800 block of North Court Street. Once there, they located 41-year-old Letitia Hightower of Carroll, who was wanted in connection to a Jan. 26 incident. Hightower was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of credit cards, an aggravated misdemeanor.
