A Carroll man with a history of using a pellet gun to break the law was taken into custody this past weekend after brandishing the same type of weapon again. The Carroll Police Department reports they received a call of a domestic assault involving a male holding a handgun in the 400 Block of East Valley Drive at approximately 9:14 p.m. Friday night. Upon arrival, they located 24-year-old Duy Vo in the hallway of an apartment building. He had reportedly broken into one of the apartments and physically assaulted a female while threatening her with a pellet gun. Vo was taken into custody and transported to the Carroll County jail where he was charged with first-degree burglary, a class B felony. He is currently being held on a $25,000 bond.
