The Carroll Police Department reports two people were arrested following a disturbance on Thursday. At approximately 1:58 p.m., authorities responded to the 900 block of Highway 30. When officers arrived on scene, they determined a 17-year-old male had damaged a vehicle by kicking it. The juvenile was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor. Thirty-six-year-old McKenzie Bess, of Lake City, was also arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly threatening individuals with a baseball bat. No injuries were reported during the incident.
