Mass of the Christian Burial for 82-year-old James Pudenz of Carroll will be Friday at 1 pm at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church with burial at the Parish Cemetery where military honors will be conducted by the Breda American Legion. Friends may call at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church after 4 pm Thursday where there will be a Christian Wake Service at 7 Thursday evening. Visitation will resume at the church from 12 – 12:45 Friday afternoon. The arrangements are under the direction of the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll. Jim Pudenz is survived by his wife: Mary Ann of Carroll……his children: Cheryl Onken of Carroll, Doug of Carroll, Joni Tigges of DeWitt, Kay DeFreece of Nebraska, Greg & Curt both of Carroll, Renee Coughlin of Council Bluffs, and Jay of Des Moines…..28 grandchildren…..9 great grandchildren…..his sisters: Wilma Boes of Carroll, Edna Knobbe of Minnesota, and Rita Hoebing of Nebraska….and his brother: Richard of Carroll.
