A motorist looking for some help with a brake problem ended up driving into the side of the NAPA building in Jefferson. The Jefferson Police Department took a report at approximately 9:36 a.m. Saturday morning from store employees. They say that a 1977 Chevrolet S-10 pickup, driven by Joe Brant of Jefferson, was pulling up to the store, but unable to stop and struck the store’s window. There was an estimated $600 in damage to the building.
