Trial Date Rescheduled For Carroll Man Accused Of Bug Fogger Assault
The jury trial for a Carroll man, who allegedly tried to force people out of a basement with a bug fogger, has been rescheduled for early November. Fifty-one-year-old Jeff Richard Huegerich faces one count of misdemeanor assault.
