The Coon Rapids-Bayard (CR-B) FFA is inviting area residents to join them tomorrow (Thursday) evening for their annual sweet corn boil. Members will be serving sweet corn and brats to attendees for a freewill donation to the chapter from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Coon Rapids Country Club. Fresh corn will also be available for purchase by the dozen and can be ordered by using the contact points included below this story. Money raised during the event will be used to fund a variety of leadership activities for CR-B FFA members. The annual corn boil is made possible thanks to support from this year’s sponsors: Axis Seed, Whiterock Conservancy, POET Biorefining and the Coon Rapids Country Club.
