What do you get when you cross a duck with sausage? A tasty treat that will be right here in Carroll on Friday, July 13. The Mucky Duck restaurant of Ames will be bringing their Mobile Mallard food truck to Carroll Brewing Company from noon to 9 p.m. this week, and locals can savor their signature Bangers & Mash, featuring sausage’s from our own Mike’s Meats. The mighty green Mucky Duck also serves up many of the same foods from their Ames menu that have been staples since their opening five years ago.
