A Jefferson man is lucky to have escaped injury in a rollover accident Tuesday. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office reports that at approximately 2:37 p.m., a deputy was called to the scene of the accident on I Avenue and 240th Street, southeast of Scranton. Thirty-one-year-old Wilmer Flores was eastbound on 240th in a 2013 Ford F-150, when he dropped off the roadway onto the shoulder, lost control and rolled three times. The airbags were deployed and Flores was wearing a seatbelt. The truck is deemed a total loss.
