A Carroll woman is extremely lucky to have escaped injury in a single-vehicle rollover accident early Sunday morning. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene at approximately 4:38 a.m. on Highway 30 near Carroll. The initial investigation revealed that 26-year-old Jennifer Chang had been driving westbound in a 2006 Nissan Murano when she fell asleep at the wheel. The vehicle entered the ditch, where it rolled over on to the top. There was an estimated $15,000 in damage to the Murano. Chang was cited for failure to maintain control.
