Carroll Police Chief, Brad Burke, says that an arrest has been made in relation to recent BB gun vandalism. Twenty-three-year-old Duy Quang Vo of Carroll has been charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony, for damage done to Drees Heating and Plumbing on Feb. 26. Vo is alleged to have shot out a window with a CO2 BB gun, resulting in almost $700 in damage. He is also charged with shooting out the windows and at the door of a car parked in the Pella parking lot on March 6, causing over $2,200 in damages. Burke says the department is continuing to investigate Vo’s possible involvement in other window damage reported throughout Carroll over the last 18 months. Vo was booked into the Carroll County jail Tuesday and is being held on a $5,000 bond.
