Gov. Kim Reynolds has ordered all state flags to be flown at half-staff from now until sunset on Friday March 2, in honor of the late Rev. Billy Graham. This order is in conjunction with President Donald Trump’s proclamation that all U.S. flags be lowered for the same length of time. Individuals, businesses, schools, municipalities, counties and other government subdivisions are encouraged to fly their flags at half-staff as a sign of respect.
