Arrest warrants have been issued for five northwest Iowa men wanted in connection to a Storm Lake Police Department drug enforcement investigations, known as “Operation Winter Blues”. The initiative targeted individuals believed to be involved in the sale and use of narcotics in the Storm Lake area. Warrants were issued for the following individuals: 23-year-old Christian Quintero, of Storm Lake; 27-year-old Heath Mefford, of Ida Grove; 21-year-old Charles Robbins, of Alta; 20-year-old Sergio Quintero, of Storm Lake; and 22-year-old Nhiam Ngut, of Storm Lake. These men are all wanted for various felony and misdemeanor drug charges.
