The Sac County Conservation Board (SCCB) is inviting children to their next Knee High Naturalists event coming up on Wednesday. The upcoming program is focused on the tall grass prairie exhibit currently being hosted at the Hagge Park Conservation Center near Sac City. The presentation is available at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will teach kids all about the plants and animals that live in this ecosystem which historically included much of Iowa. There is plenty of room to register your child to attend either session, but space for the afternoon is limited. Participants must be accompanied by an adult if they wish to attend.
