Templeton Woman Sentenced To Probation On Burglary Charges

A Templeton woman was sentenced today (Wednesday) in Carroll County District Court on charges of third degree burglary, an aggravated misdemeanor. Eighteen-year-old Paige Schultz received a deferred judgment in the case and was ordered to pay $625 in fines, restitution and associated court costs. Schultz has also been placed on informal probation for a period of one year. During that time, she must be employed full time, attend school full time or have a full-time combination of the two. The charge against Schultz originated in June when she and a juvenile male were caught removing items from vehicles parked outside the Walmart in Carroll.
