Laboratory testing results on a substance seized during a traffic stop on Sept. 22 have come back to the Jefferson Police Department as positive for marijuana. This has resulted in the request for an arrest warrant for 42-year-old Ann Ganoe of Jefferson on the charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, a serious misdemeanor.
