Arrest Warrant Requested For Carroll Man Who Threw Firecracker At Dairy Queen Staff

The Jefferson Police Department has submitted requests for arrest warrants in two previously reported incidents. The first was reported on Sept. 15, when a young male threw a lit firecracker through the drive-thru window at Dairy Queen staff. In their investigation, officers learned that 18-year-old Brock Michael Igou of Carroll had become upset over the price of his food prior to throwing the explosive. He is being charged with reckless use of fire or explosives, a serious misdemeanor. The other warrant is requested for 27-year-old Dray Rivera of Jefferson for third-degree burglary, a class D felony. On Sept. 7, Rivera was identified as a male who had broken into a residence in the 300 block of North Chestnut Street and threatened an occupant.
