The Jefferson Police Department received reports of damage to two vehicles that were parked while the owners attended Friday night’s Homecoming game. Crystal Rice of Scranton made a report of a hit and run at approximately 6:15 p.m. Her 1997 Buick LeSabre had sustained an estimated $10,000 in damages. Pieces of the other vehicle were located at the scene at 101 Ram Drive. The second report came in on Sunday, Oct. 1 at approximately 4:15 p.m. when Jon Hueser contacted the department and told them his vehicle was damaged by an unknown vehicle while parked at the game. There was an estimated $500 in damage to the 2009 Chrysler Town and Country van. An investigation into these incidents is ongoing.
