The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Education is holding a special meeting next week to award the contract for the construction of the new Carroll Athletic Field. The meeting will begin with a short public hearing and move directly into the opening of the bids. Board members will discuss the offers before deciding which companies will receive the contracts. The only other item on the agenda is a brief open enrollment request. The meeting will be held at noon in the Adams Elementary School boardroom on Monday, Oct. 2 and is expected to last about 30 minutes.
