Manning Can Expect Intermittent Power Outages Today Into Tuesday Morning
The City of Manning will be conducting tests at the Manning Municipal Light Plant that will cause some intermittent electrical outages. Testing is being done from 11:15 p.m. today (Monday) through 2 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 29.
