Mass of the Christian Burial for 93-year-old Leo Schon, of Carroll, formerly of Glidden, will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Carroll with burial at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Carroll. Friends may call at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll after 4 p.m. on Friday where there will be a Christian wake service beginning at 7 p.m. The casket will be moved to the church Saturday morning where visitation will resume at 9 a.m. Leo Schon is survived by three daughters: Mary Schon of Carroll, Shirley Angrick of Glidden and Jean Pletchette of Winterset. Five sons: Gary Schon of Glidden, Dale Schon of Willey, Mark Schon of Cedar Rapids, Jeff Schon of Glidden and Joey Schon of Glidden, 28 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
