The Carroll Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying three individuals involved in an incident that occurred on Monday, July 3. Images were captured by security camera of the people in question, two males and one female. One man is shown wearing a white t-shirt and carrying two duffel bags with a backpack. The other man is dressed in all black with a hooded sweatshirt reading “Mace World, No World” and has sunglasses obscuring his face. The female is shown speaking on a cellphone and has long, dark-colored hair. The unidentified individuals appear to be between the ages of 25 and 35.
