Mass of the Christian Burial for 84 year old John Brend of Churdan will be Friday at 11am at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church west of Churdan with burial at a later date at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church after 9 Friday morning until time of service. The arrangements are under the direction of the Brown Funeral Home in Churdan. John Brend is survived by his wife: Jeri…….and his children: Teresa Johansen of Dubuque, Cindy Kane of Connecticut, Pam Haberl of Lohrville, Pegi Erickson of Paton, Joe of Ogden and Jim of Twin Lake. The family suggests memorials be given to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church or the Stewart Memorial Hospice of Lake City.
