A Funeral Mass for 57 year old Randy Balk of Templeton will be Friday at 10:30am at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Templeton with burial at the Parish Cemetery. Friends may call at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll after 4pm Thursday where there will be a Christian Wake Service at 6:30 Thursday evening. Visitation will resume at the church one hour prior the Funeral Mass. Randy Balk is survived by his wife: Lydia of Templeton….his children: Timothy of Ankeny, Kiyoko Kiffer of Marshalltown, and Kathleen Balk of Des Moines….4 grandchildren….his mother: Judy Balk of Templeton…..and his siblings: Laurie Nieland of Carroll, Tim of Templeton, Julie Erickson of Florida, Joe of Kansas, Joyce Mann of Omaha, and Amy Ross of Carroll.
