Funeral services for 83 year old Larry Gatrel of Carroll will be Saturday at 10:30am at the Trinity Episcopal Church in Carroll with burial at the Carroll City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dahn & Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll after 5pm Friday where there will be a Prayer Service at 7 Friday evening. Visitation will resume at the funeral home from 9-10 Saturday morning. Larry Gatrel is survived by his wife: Janice of Carroll…..his daughters: Julie Madigan, Debra Quandt, and Linda Nebel, all of Carroll….7 grandchildren…..8 great grandchildren…..and 2 sisters: Beverly VanBlaricome of Des Moines and Cheryl Jansen of Texas. The family suggests memorials be made to St. Alban’s Eqiscopal Church of Spirit Lake, Dr. Terry Shively & Stephanie Shively’s mission trips, or any other missionary projects and may be left at the funeral home or church.
