An Audubon man was arrested over the weekend and charged for a second time with operating while intoxicated. The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office reports that at approximately 3 a.m. on Sunday, 24-year-old Reece Joseph Blohm was stopped at the intersection of 120th Street and Lark Ave. northeast of Audubon. He was transported to the Audubon County jail and later released.
