Stewart Memorial Community Hospital will once again be hosting the annual two-mile fun run/walk on Saturday, June 24. Early registration, which includes a free t-shirt, is only $10 and is open until June 5. Registration will still be available from June 6 until the day of the event for $15, but t-shirts will be ordered after registration and will not be available the day of the race. Returning this year will also be the Kids Dash for children nine and under. The free race will take place at 8:15 a.m. and runners will sign up that day. All other races will get underway at 8:30 a.m. from the west side of the square in downtown Lake City. Awards will be presented to the top finishers in all categories.
