Stewart Memorial Community Hospital (SMCH) has kicked off its Auxiliary membership drive. Members of the organization participate in community events, such at the Table A Fare and Trivia Night, they are volunteers in the Gift Shoppe, produce goods for bake sales and help with other fundraisers, such as the $6 jewelry sale. The Auxiliary supports the efforts of SMCH by helping fund projects and purchases related to patient service. The annual membership fee is only $2, or a lifetime membership can be purchased for $100. Anyone is welcome to join and can pick up membership cards at the SMCH registration desk, hospital Gift Shoppe or Community Pharmacy. They can also be mailed out upon request.
