The Kuemper Catholic alumni just recently wrapped up their annual Phone-A-Thon, and President, John Steffes, says it was a resounding success again this year.
Steffes said this is a fundraiser for Kuemper that draws in support from both within and outside of the community.
Funds raised during the Phone-A-Thon are split, with some going to the Foundation, and most going back toward operating expenses.
The Phone-A-Thon is just one of many different fundraisers held for Kuemper throughout the year. The next major fundraising event will be the Kuemper Ball on May 6. Steffes said they are very pleased to have just recently seen the dollars raised from the Kuemper Ball at work when they took delivery of a brand new bus this past week. He said you will see a nice, shiny new 2018 bus in the parking lot, which is a great addition to their fleet.
