Two Arrested For Probation Violations In Two Days By Audubon County Sheriff’s Office

The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two individuals in two days for probation violations. On Tuesday, Jan. 31, 39-year-old Julie Ann Luetje, of Walnut, turned herself into authorities around 8:30 a.m. on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation. The charge stems from Luetje allegedly breaking the terms of her probation from an OWI conviction in 2016. She posted a cash bond, was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, Feb. 13. On Wednesday, 57-year-old Joseph Alan Pendley, of Bellevue, Neb., was arrested at the Pottawattamie County Jail around 4:30 p.m. and is charged with probation violation stemming from an OWI conviction in 2015. Pendley was transported to the Audubon County Jail and is being held on a $1,000 bond.
