The Live Healthy Iowa 10 Week Wellness Challenge gets underway Monday, Jan. 23, but there is still time to get registered. The Carroll County Wellness Coalition is urging everyone to team up and join them in this simple and affordable way to kick off your health and wellness resolutions for the New Year. Teams of two to 10 people will be tracking their activity and weight loss through the tools provided on the Live Healthy Iowa website in this “healthy” competition. It costs only $20 to register and this includes a challenge t-shirt, a personal online dashboard, a one-year magazine subscription, a $10 discount on any Iowa Live Healthy 5k event, the chance to win prizes throughout the challenge and much more.
