The American Red Cross is bringing the opportunity to save lives to Carroll on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the National Guard Armory. Individuals interested in donating blood must have a blood donor card, a driver’s license, or two other forms of identification when they arrive for check-in. Donors must also weigh at least 110 pounds and be in generally good health to be eligible. Donors must be at least 18, or have a signed parent’s consent if they are over 16.
